iLand Realty was born out of a passion for people and a vision for something better in real estate.

After starting my career in 2021, I quickly realized that my background in sales gave me an edge. In my very first year, I was honoured to receive Rookie of the Year at my brokerage—an achievement that set the tone for what was to come. From there, I continued to push boundaries, earning Top Units Sold across 2022, 2023, and 2024 for my brokerage offices in both Sydney and Halifax, and proudly landing a spot in the Top 15 for Sales in Canada within the same company. But as grateful as I was for those accomplishments, I also began to feel a shift. I knew I had more to offer and that my vision for what a real estate experience should be had outgrown the traditional model.

That’s when iLand Realty came to life.

More than just a brokerage, iLand Realty represents a new way of doing real estate, one that’s centred around relationships, trust, and coming directly to you.
